Thao Pham grew up in New Orleans, LA, Atlanta, GA, and the San Francisco Bay Area. Her practice focuses on all aspects of personal injury, including motor vehicle and trucking accidents and premises liability.
Prior to joining Lowe Law, she gained experience in insurance defense litigation, complex civil litigation, real estate litigation, business immigration, and public service. During law school, she served as Vice President of the Health Law Society, Vice President of the Environmental Law Society, and Treasurer of the Hawaiian Law Students Association.
